How it works
When you purchase an ISWARD G series lawn mower, we offer a 2-year warranty. If you experience any problem with your product, you can contact our customer service directly at: love@isward-tech.com
Before contacting us about the warranty, please have the following information ready:
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- The channel through which you purchased the product (our website or Amazon)
- Your order ID (you can usually find this in the confirmation email you received after placing your order)
- The warranty card (which you can find in the user manual)
Before contacting us, please note that in some cases, warranty service may not be available. Please refer to the warranty card for more detailed information.
Please note that this page applies to purchases made through our website or the ISWARD store on Amazon. If you purchased through an authorized ISWARD retailer, please contact them directly.

What this limited warranty does NOT cover
- Improper use or failure to follow the user manual. Claims made against you by third parties for damages.
- Loss, damage or unauthorized disclosure of your data.
- Any special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no event shall the total liability of ISWARD, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers for damages exceed the actual direct damages incurred, which shall not be greater than the amount paid for the product.
