Refund and Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We will not accept returns if more than 30 calendar days have passed since purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee when you request the refund (2.9% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 5.9% for Shop pay users).

If your return is accepted, we will email you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but has not yet been shipped, please note that a transaction fee will be charged for the refund (2.9% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users). We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 days reflection period

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, you will automatically receive a refund using your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If the return was caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or faulty for our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
